Senior Quantity Surveyor - Design & Build
My client is a multi-national construction contractor, predominantly working in the hotel, leisure and retail sectors, providing construction and refurbishment services. The majority of work is undertaken is on a design and build basis and this division of the business now requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Aberdeen office.
With 5 7 years construction experience at Project Quantity Surveyor level and a relevant degree / professional membership, you will be involved in all aspects of projects from tendering right through to final accounts.
The role will suit an individual with a clear natural progression in construction and a demonstrable record of competency in Quantity Surveying.
Remuneration - £50,000 per annum plus benefits
