Senior Quantity Surveyor - Utilities - Essex
Essex - London, South East
Essex based Utility contractor requires an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager.
• Can demonstrate high levels of loyalty and work as a Team player.
• A degree level in Quantity Surveying would be essential.
• Experience of the Utility sector is required.
• Oversee the management / interpretation of contract documents.
• Produce weekly CVC’s financial forecasting and valuations.
• Will be commercially aware and able to formulate claims where necessary.
• Is able to liaise with the client and effectively and display excellent communication skills
