Senior Quantity Surveyor. Birmingham

Construction Senior Quantity Surveyor. Bristol. £50,000 + Benefits.

Our client is a leading national contractor in the UK. Specialising in high profile projects from £5m- £25m, they are currently seeking a Degree/HNC qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor, who can work on up and coming projects in the Birmingham area.

As the successful candidate, you will be site based and involved on a mix of design & build and refurbishment projects in the Leisure, Commercial, Retail and Industrial sectors throughout the region.

As a member of the commercial team, you will have the personal drive to maintain a high level of financial and commercial control of the project; identifying and eliminating risk and able to tackle difficult issues early. You will also be an excellent leader and motivator and possess outstanding communication skills You will be qualified to degree/HNC level and already have a proven track record in a similar role with another large building contractor.
