Senior R&D Manager

Senior R&D Manager required for a well established research and development company in East Anglia.
As Senior R&D Manager you will be managing an R&D Group in the fields of scientific research for a range of industries including consumer products. You should have strong leadership skills in Product Creation Processes, Quality, Roadmapping as well as marketing and manufacturing.
Candidates for the position of Senior R&D Manager should ideally be qualified to PhD level with extensive experience of Research Management, New Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Product Development and Project Management.
To be suitable for the position of Senior R&D Manager you should have experience of managing research and development teams within a high technology company preferably in the scientific field, although other high technology industries will be considered.
