Senior Recovery Manager

Our client, an international banking unit, is seeking a senior recovery manager to join their team.
Duties:
~ Recovery of bad debts
~ Management and workout of impaired assets within the bank's international portfolio in Cyprus, Lebanon, Eastern Europe, Russia and the CIS
Requirements:
~ An experienced, self-motivated banker with a minimum of ten years' experience as an account officer or five years acting as a hands-on workout specialist
~ Must have sound analytical credit background
~ Good interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate appropriate solutions with difficult and challenging customers
~ High-level verbal, writing and presentation skills
