This is a superb LIFE CHANGING OPPORTUNITY. As part of their continued growth, this well established global recruitment consultancy has an opportunity for a seasoned sales focused recruitment professional that is serious about Shanghai and wanting to make their next move the pinnacle of their career. Having developed a successful business in worldwide, this company now continues to take advantage of the fast growing business opportunities within the Asia Pacific region, especially China and therefore needs a solid manager who can develop a distinctive brand supplying the region with personnel into the various markets
• Full Accountability for Sales Performance
• The development of a full 5 year plan for sales & appropriate sales incentives
• Management of 3rd Party suppliers (Local Immigration Umbrella companies, R2R etc)
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. You must have a recruitment background and have worked at a managerial level supervising both Permanent and Contract teams
2. Importantly you will be a strategic thinker who is business aware, commercially savvy, P&L adept, reliable with the mentality to be left to get on and do the role all coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit
3. You will have at least 3 -5 years of team leadership experience
PACKAGE:
Basic salary, circa HK$90-120K per month, a percentage of your billings and a quarterly bonus based upon the Net profit of the office
