Rate: £130K to £1000K (per year) + Senior Sales Salary Package-uncapped commission
We are looking for experienced senior outsourcing client sales directors. My client, a leading IT services company is looking to build a world class high achieving application outsourcing team. The organisation is question is a leading player in the application outsourcing market and they are looking for experienced senior client sales directors to continue their business critical growth in this space. They are offering a market leading remuneration package including a high basic and an aggressive uncapped commission scheme. You will be targeted to identify "big ticket" application outsourcing opportunities between £30m - £100m+ across Europe. As a senior individual you will also facilitate and coach sales executives in developing and maximising opportunities within existing clients. This is an exciting opportunity working for a company that has recently restructured and are looking to build a dominant position in this market area. You will be rewarded substantially for your success. You will have had demonstrable experience of success working for a well respected ITO, BPO and or Consulting organisation. Suitable candidates will have many years experience in negotiating profitable application outsourcing deals with considerable gravitas at an executive level.
