Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Executive Property Management South East / London An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior sales professional with experience selling software solutions to the commercial property market or facilities management sector. Our client is a provider of Commercial Property Management Software to Commercial Property Owners, Agents & Occupiers. Due to my clients ongoing success a senior business developer is required to drive high value sales in the South East and UK wide.
The successful candidate will be a key figure in my clients sales team, responsible for generating high levels of new business selling my clients excellent commercial property management software package which includes bespoke elements to met individual client requirements. You will identify, develop and close business opportunities within companies in the commercial property sector selling hig h value solutions £150K +. The ideal candidate will have experience selling commercial or residential property management software. You must be an intelligent, dynamic, forward thinking sales professional driven by money and success.
