Can you: assess, research and analyse business and system needs; lead detailed design phases for all project sizes; and prepare high-level technical specification? You will need to develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of projects. You would also be required to provide direction, expertise, feedback, coaching and development to build the capability of junior staff. Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML and SQL as well as methodologies and IT standards would be an asset. Familiarity with middleware technologies such as Websphere and XML would also be beneficial.
