Senior Technical Operations Analyst
Surrey - South East
Our highly prestigious client is seeking a Senior Technical Operations Analyst to be based in Epsom, Surrey.
You will be working with a newly created group resonsible for the support of all front, middle and back office applications. The supported applications have a global user base and the team will have an international presence.
Responsibilities include: -
Support of all production applications
Extensive face-to-face, telephone and email interaction with various departments
Interaction with various application teams (in-house & vendor)
Establish new support procedures and SLA's around supported applications
Experiences: -
Ideally 2+ years experiencei n a technical support role, preferably in a financial services or development environment
Strong SQL skills and understanding of databases
Basic Database Administration (ideally Oracle)
Excellent Unix/Linux skills
Scripting skills required, Unix Scripting
Any knowledge of Perl or FIX a distinct advantage
