Senior Test Manager

Senior Test Manager is required for this prestigious and hugely successful UK organisation. The purpose of the role is to deliver and operate a world class IT testing regime. The regime must compare favourably with industry best practice, be demonstrably effective and efficient, and capable of deployment across the company and throughout all elements of the project lifecycle. The role holder will be expected to deliver the necessary changes to the regime that include organization, process, tools and culture.
You must offer at least 5 years experience in a senior test management role with similar responsibilities – which involved defining and implementing pragmatic test practice at the strategic level and senior management of projects using the implemented practices and a risk-based testing approach.
At least 3 years of hands on experience of Quality Centre: i.e. TestDirector, Winrunner (or QTP), LoadRunner, Dashboard
Detailed understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2)
Detailed understanding of ISEB test standards – preferably ISEB practitioner qualified
At least 3 years experience of practical use of MS Office: Outlook, Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint - within a similar role
A knowledge of SharePoint and TeamTrack is desirable.
At least 3 years experience of line management and matrix management
Appropriate experience in a highly regulated environment such as Banking, Legal, Gaming etc.
