Senior VP Retail Operations

Leading European retailer with over 300 stores are currently searching for an experienced Senior Vice President for Retail Operations to manage their domestic and international operations. With plans to expand into new markets this is a great opportunity to join a well established company looking to grow further and compete with other international fashion retailers.

In this role you will be responsible for the sales and operations of all existing stores while planning the roll out of new stores in new markets. You will be responsible for operations, staff development, marketing and visual impact while actively contributing to development of business initiatives relevant to brand projects.

To be successful in this role you will need to drive and deliver sales performance through managing sales objectives and operational costs. You will work in partnership with the CEO and all head office functions to optimise operational effectiveness to determine and implement options to correct sales underperformance or to exploit sales opportunities.
