This is the best senior production role I have had the pleasure to work. This is the pinnacle of production roles and is senior enough in nature to tempt even the most hardened creative directors who fancy something a little different yet very challenging and reward.

Ok so first and foremost you must be a creative guru - you need to know this world inside out, either as a producer currently or from having a solid design background. You must be articulate, have a strong personality and be able to present and influence based in your own opinions. This role requires a leader and not a follower.

You'll form a crucial bridge between design and and management, be very comfortable liaising with clients at all levels. The role is mixed between creative leadership and project management. The successful candidate must be a strong project manager, but this comes after your design pedigree which is even more important.
