My client, a highly reputable global organisation, are currently looking to recruit a Service Management Consultant on an initial 2 month contract.

You will be responsible for:
- Providing expertise in the initial evaluation stage of a global programme to standardise IT processes within the organisation.
- Liaising with Technical teams within the business, establishing AS-IS states at the moment.
- Producing high level documentation based on the information that you gather.

You will have
- Previous experience of Service Design and Analysis
- Excellent analytical skills
- The ability to liaise with people at all levels in order to gain information
- A good technical understanding of IT systems and procedures
- An understanding of Active Directory
- A good understanding of Project Management methodologies
