Service Delivery Director/Head of Service Delivery

Service Delivery Director/Service Director/Service Delivery Executive/Senior Service Delivery Manager. Candidates will come from an extensive IT Outsourcing/System Integration background. This a senior role as the successful candidate will be accountable for service delivery of high complexity contracts valuing £8 - £10 million as a minimum. Must have experience of managing 100+ people directly & indirectly ie Managers (Service Delivery & Project Managers), team leaders & technical staff. Skills required: Service Delivery Expertise, Understanding Client Operations, Contract Adherence, Monitoring and Reporting, Financial Management of Projects & Services, Preparing Bids & Tenders, Offer Definition & Value Propositions, Risk Management. In conjunction with the customer (typically at Director/Board level) stimulates & defines requirements for new service as part of an IT Service Strategy. Ensures such services are professionally introduced & accepted. Proactively leads capability units & other suppliers in a service partnership.
