Service Delivery Director

Service Delivery Director to mentor and advise a team to give a first class service to the client.

Candidates will be expected to build a relationship with the client, manage multi million pound budgets and resource. Implement key KPI's & SLA's and monitor progress with Service Managers also liase with Project/Programme managers to determine projects are running alongside the client’s requirements.

Skills required: Service Delivery Expertise within the public sector, Understanding Client Operations, Contract Adherence, Monitoring and Reporting, Financial Management of Projects & Services, Preparing Bids & Tenders, Offer Definition & Value Propositions, Risk Management. In conjunction with the customer (typically at Director/Board level) stimulates & defines requirements for new service as part of an IT Service Strategy. Ensures such services are professionally introduced & accepted. Proactively leads capability units & other suppliers in a service partnership.
