About the role
· To manage and own the relationships with our 3rd party suppliers and internal functions responsible for system development and deployment
· To manage the capacity planning of the systems and network
· To ensure compliance of the systems and networks
· To project manage any changes to the service or systems deployed
· Support the Sales function in the development of new and additional business
· Undertake Risk Assessment Management for the online business systems and network.
What we are looking for
· At least 5 years experience managing within an Operations environment in a payment, ideally payment switch environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and with customers
· Ability to manage processes towards defined goals and milestones.
· Disciplined with a close attention to detail.
· Solid technical skills
· Ability to effectively plan, prioritise and multi-task
· A motivated, pro-active, self-starter with a success oriented attitude.
