Service Design Architect - ITIL

The Role
This is a key role, accountable for the design, articulation and delivery of managed service wraps for all customer mobile information solutions. You would be responsible for the design of all service elements for customer engagements, including SLA's and related OLA's according to defined requirements and will represent the company in respect to service management, engaging with suppliers and both internal and external stakeholders. This is a key service orientated leadership role, providing crucial deliverables in relation to the successful implementation of large projects.

You
- ITIL Green Badge accreditation as a minimum
- Strong track record in large IT/Communications service management design
- Experience delivering solutions and an understanding of the importance of delivering a great customer experience
- Strong influencer and negotiator
- Commercial, creative, results orientated, structured and articulate
- Experience in working with Public Safety of Government sector desirable
