SERVICE SUPPLIER MANAGER - ISP / Telecoms

On behalf of one of UKs most recognised brands, we are looking for an exceptional Service Manager / Supplier Manager / Relationship Manager to manage the commercial relationships with a key service supplier (carrier) for the delivery of residential broadband . This is a brand new role which will comprise of four key areas : Reviewing supplier KPIs, identifying trends and changes in delivery standards, liaising and negotiating with suppliers to ensure performance criteria is met. You'll also be involved in defining and reviewing performance programmes and managing internal stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity with one of the UK ' s most prominent brands and offers a fantastic opportunity to shape and drive a new supplier management operation.
At least 5 years proven experience in a fast moving Service Management role, ideally within an ISP / broadband or voice telecommunications environment
Experience of managing high value customers.
Knowledge of customer lifecycle processes ( MPF, SMPF, WLR, CPS) and standard industry processes and measurement metrics in the fixed line telephony industry.
