Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Support Technician to provide 1st line support to all users across the company, logging and resolving both technical and application problems within the required SLA, experience of hardware and PC builds, experience of working to ITIL standards, experience of supporting the following: XP, Active Directory, and LANDesk. You must have previous 1st line support experience to be considered for the role.. Additionally, you must be available for interview on Monday and be able to start the following day.
