Shift Team Leader

My client has become known as one of the world's most successful developers of new generation facilities, developing over 20 facilities on five continents in a very short period of time. This development capability, combined with global operating experience, uniquely qualifies them to identify new development and acquisition opportunities.

Due to their significant growth within the power generation industry, they are currently looking to recruit a Shift Team Leader for there CCGT plant in the midlands in charge of a small operations team on shift rotation. Reporting to the operations manager, your key responsibilities will include the running of a team to support the daily operation, safety and environmental performance of the plant.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years experience as shift team leader on a CCGT site or a related plant background on coal or gas complexes. Experience on gas and steam turbines, boilers, valves, pumps and other associated equipment and ancillaries in preferable.
