SME Telesales Manager

Our client is a global partner for communicators and consultants in PR, IR and marketing. Their services satisfy client demand for targeted distribution of communications, relevant media information and qualitative decision guidance.
They are seeking a Telesales Manager to take full responsibility for manging the telesales teams for retention and new business activities, whilst ensuring that revenue targets are met.
The Telesales Manager will be tasked with:
Achieving unit and revenue targets
In partnership with the peer group motivate and drive the sales team
Use industry best practice models for retention and tracking on the CRM sysem
Analysing activity levels reviewing process to ensure best practice
Developing the team performance and team management
Business forecasting and reporting
Recruitment and induction training and ongoing development of the team
Ensuring that customer needs are matched and provide an exemplar service

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of managing a large team and have a background in information service.
