SME Telesales Practice Manager
London - London
Our client, a global partner for communications in PR, IR and marketing is seeking a SME Practice Manager for their Sales Department.
The Practice Manager will have responsibility for:
 Achieving unit and revenue targets for renewal and new business from existing and target customers
 They will motivate and drive the sales team
 Using industry best practice to recommend and implement systems for telesales retention and team activities
 Develop KPI’s to enhance performance and drive performance management
 Develop strategic plans and analyse and monitor to ensure adherence to the plan
 Maintain and constantly seek to improve customer service
The successful candidate will need
 Previous experience within a retention and telesales environment
 Strong leadership skills
 At least 5 years experience of managing high performance teams
 Strong change management skills
