One of the leading Software services and Solutions Providers in Europe is enjoying continued growth and as they grow into a global, not just regional, leader in software and application outsourcing. There are a number of opportunities currently and in particular we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to cover, grow, develop and maintain key financial services clients.
The successful Account Manager - Finance / Banking will be tasked with growing and managing a portfolio of clients, utilising their experience in investment banking, wealth management or asset management. You will also be tasked with the following:
- Identifying new opportunities within the clients you manage
- Dealing with large P&L $10m+
- Utilising Application Development and Support Maintenance experience - both offshore and on shore ideally
The role requires the following experience for the Account Manager - Finance / Banking to have the following demonstrable experience:
- European National only
- Account size (P&L) $10 to $15 million per annum (25% new business and 75% manage existing business)
- Banking background is a must - Tier 1 banks as end user clients
- Good understanding of delivery of large ITO projects with multiple programs
-Team size 100 to 150 ppl management (not all direct, but should have managed large teams)
- Technical understanding of Application Development like Agile, SCRUM and SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle)
- Staff augmentation experience will be an added advantage
- Known industry Financial services connections would be a distinct advantage
