My customer is a Software & Solutions provider to the Banking Industry. They are currently looking for the Head of Product Development for their Payments and Trade Finance portfolio of Products. The Head of Development is responsible for a team of 150 across UK, Paris, Manilla and Bangalore and will be responsible for leading the development of new and existing products. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role either working directly for a Bank or for a software vendor or consultancy firm. Knowledge and experience of Payments and Trade Finance is essential. Applicants will have Extensive experience in managing software development offshore centers and formulating offshore strategies. Previous experience of working on large-scale transformation programmes and leading people through significant periods of change within an organisation is also important.
