Software Implementation Manager

About the Role:
- You will take ownership of the delivery software implementations to clients in a range of sectors as well as managing the implementation and delivery of the companies GRC software on client projects.
- Involved in all aspects of the software implementation cycle including consultancy, gathering the requirements, configuring and implementing the software to user training (on site and remote training)
- Assist customers with business modelling (e.g. defining the scope of the implementation)
- Interpret and document detailed business modelling and system requirements.
- Monitor customer progress during initial deployment of the software and handover to the internal product support team.
- As a Software Implementation Manager you will be required to engage across all user bases, ensuring that customers are happy and that the software is being utilised efficiently.

Experience:
- Previous experience with a GRC platform is essential.
- Familiarity with implementing SaaS solutions.
- Proven experience with software platforms with regards to successful implementation and delivery.
- High level of knowledge of the software development processes and lifecycle.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO27001, PCI-DSS, COBIT and Cyber Essentials is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the Cyber Security Industry is also desirable.
