Our client is an extremely well respected South Bucks law firm. Their excellent reputation is comparable to that of a London practice and their standards reflect that entirely.
They are currently recruiting for a talented corporate commercial solicitor to join their busy and successful team. Applicants should have a sound working knowledge of commercial law procedures and rules.
You will be dealing with heavy and varied caseloads and so should be proactive and organised. Your client liaison skills should be excellent, as should your interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, as well as with both clients and colleagues.
Reporting to the Partner, duties will include conducting case and file management in compliance with Lexcel standards and Law Society Professional Conduct Rules. The successful candidate will be expected to act in accordance with the department’s client care guide lines.
You would be expected to maximise marketing opportunities, for example cross selling other departments, contribute ideas to assist in the smooth running and success of the department and motivate colleagues and peers within the department.
Excellent IT skills, commercial awareness, ambition and enthusiasm are expected of all applicants for this position. 2:1 degree classification required.
