Solutions Architect

We are recruiting experienced Solutions Architects to address the key business and market issues that influence the Financial Services Industry and to provide Technology/Business Solutions for their banking customers.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

* Experience working in the Financial Services sector
* Reference one successful project where they personally make a significant contribution to the proposed solution, the design and the eventual implementation.
* Business process mapping
* Systems Design for significant enhancements to existing systems
* Knowledge of a number of:
o Six sigma
o RUP and the Rational toolset
o Unified Modelling Language (UML)
o Cost/benefit analysis
o the impact of regulation on financial services organisations, e.g. Basel II

Experience of either high value RTGS payments (CHAPS or Target 2) or low value (Faster payments or SEPA) clearing and settlement
At least 4-5 years of continuous payments experience for senior roles, 2-3 years for junior roles Knowledge of payments processing and operations from an application & infrastructure perspective Ideally knowledge of Fundtech or similar products.
