Solutions Architect
Slough - Thames Valley
Involved in the whole lifecycle; initially supporting bids, designing the solution and working closely with Sales and Bid teams, then managing the delivery, providing leadership and decision making to project team during delivery phase, to also work closely with product managers to promote and utilise standard product and service offerings to meet customer requirements, generate solution benefits, coordinate solution design, development, implementation and support activities.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong experience of delivering solutions in large IT/Communications deals, with a sound understanding of technically based offerings such as mobile information systems. Must be experienced in delivering solutions and understand how different components interact to deliver an excellent customer experience. Must also have the confidence to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver to deadlines and bring out the best in people, to also be driven, confident and self-sufficient.
