The Role:
To be responsible for conducting training courses and workshops both onsite and offsite which focus on statistical training, with the aim of maximising the customers use of the software. Both standard and customised courses to suit customers' requirements, analysing customers training needs and defining or reviewing course content and developing training materials accordingly.
The Requirement
You must have a strong background in statistics, ideally a statistics degree, some experience of training business applications software to business users, although this is not essential, as long as you have an aptitude and willingness to learn as well as enthusiasm for training and education. Your statistical background will contain a solid mix of the following; forecasting, data mining, credit scorecard development, predictive modelling, decision tree modelling, logistic regression and time series forecasting.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following key behaviours; excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills, good organisation and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and be diplomatic and pro-active.
