The position requires a candidate that will take the strategic lead on the IBM Storage portfolio business and propositions that they deliver to their partner community and IBM. You will be accountable for delivering aggressive revenue and profit targets along with the creative and business drive that will elevate our client to be known as the IBM storage value added distributor of choice within in the UK. As well as leading the storage relationship into Partners and IBM vendor community you will be taking ownership of the Business Development Plan for IBM Storage that drives incremental sales and profit growth through delivering additional value-add to the partners whilst working with the Sales, Marketing and Solutions teams to execute your plans. The successful candidate will be a proven over achiever against aggressive sales targets, have a successful new business track record, experience with managing and getting the best out of virtual team members coupled with excellent inter personal skills - managing Customers and Vendors at various levels. A team player with self motivation and drive, you have the ability to understand the business needs and priorities of partners and with a solution sales mentality, you are focused on delivery value rather than product.
