Stores Director - UK

The duties and responsibilities associated with this role centre around an overall accountability for the performance of the Regional Managers within your remit. This translates into P&L awareness, assessment and development of store practices in order to maximise sales potential, and a real focus on your colleagues and customers. The region comprises of multiple stores with a multi-million pound turn over.

The ideal candidate will have regional management experience from a blue-chip retailer, with a solid track record of success. You will need extensive experience of managing a team and enjoy working to your own initiative and embrace innovation rather than just implementation of processes. You should be able to motivate, lead and inspire your team and also be able to manage upwards as you will report into board level.
