Introduction / Overview of the Company:

The client is a global HR consultancy that helps businesses to achieve competitive advantage by selecting, developing and retaining the right people. Recognised as one of the top consultancies specialising in Talent Strategy, their clients include many of the FTSE 100, as well the European operations of numerous Fortune 500 companies.

As part of an ongoing growth initiative they are now looking to appoint a Strategic Account Manager to develop high level UK and European accounts.

The Role / Responsibilities:

Working with the support of a team of highly experienced consultants, you will deliver outstanding service and results for the client in areas of leadership development, assessment, talent and performance management

The primary remit will be to focus on a small number of high value accounts, therefore building senior level contacts and establishing a key partner relationship with the organisation

The Requirements:

With a strong business and commercial acumen, the successful applicant will have a proven record of achievement in account management and building high value client relationships

Possessing a consultative approach to sales, the ideal candidate will be experienced in areas of Human Capital and the HR agenda. Suitable backgrounds would therefore include Executive Search, Learning and Development, Organisational change, Assessment and Talent Management.
