Working within an exceptional team comprising consultants from top business school, strategy and management consultancy backgrounds, you will engage with key decision makers to add true value with your expertise of effective operations and business processes throughout the value chain.
You will add value by designing and delivering comprehensive operational solutions, adopting a collaborative approach to secure stakeholder buy in and commitment to meaningful operations change.

Please ensure that you meet the following mandatory requirements:
• Project experience of the design and delivery of strategically compliant operational effectiveness projects throughout the value chain
• Operational strategy and change project experience within large organisations, leading small teams and working with senior stakeholders
• Financial Services experience
• Impressive track record within a highly regarded Management Consultancy firm
• Strong academic record, with a minimum 2:1 degree from a leading establishment
