Within this first class consulting team comprising leading business school graduates with experience from leading strategy and management consultancy firms, you will engage at senior levels, advising and influencing key decision makers, defining and shaping operations in order to realise their business strategy.
You will engage with key decision makers to add true value with your expertise of effective operations and business processes throughout the value chain, and add value by designing and delivering comprehensive operational solutions, securing stakeholder buy in and commitment to meaningful operations change.

Please ensure that you meet the following mandatory requirements:
• Project experience of the design and delivery of strategically compliant operational effectiveness projects throughout the value chain
• Operational strategy and change project experience within large organisations, leading small teams and working with senior stakeholders
• Financial Services experience
• Impressive track record within a highly regarded Management Consultancy firm
• Strong academic record, with a minimum 2:1 degree from a leading establishment
