Strategic Procurement Manager
Portsmouth - South Central / Coast
The role requires management of cradle to grave procurement on a major defence programme. The candidate requires good stakeholder management skills dealing with suppliers in a project environment, dealing with tendering and pricing from exception to delivery. You will have good commercial skills and help to deliver continued improvement across the procurement function, developing partner agreements and relationships and service level agreements.
What they are looking for:
Degree or equivalent Supply Chain qualification / experience.
Preferably from a Defence or Aerospace background.
Experience of managing stakeholder relationships in a project environment.
Good Procurement Exposure in a Programme/Project environment.
