Strategic Product Manager: Non-Food FMCG - Up to £60,000 plus Bonus, Car Allowance and Package, based in the South East.
This client is a Japanese multinational market leader within the Consumer Electronics market sector and renowned as a top three global manufacturer of innovative and design led products. Due to a number of exciting product developments within their European audio division coming on stream, the company require an experienced senior Product Manager to be pivotal in the development and execution of the strategic marketing plans for the division across Europe.
Reporting to the Strategic Product Director, and working closely with the sales teams, the responsibilities for this position include future product line-up strategy, development of product marketing strategies and plans across Europe, the setting of clear product positioning and USP's, management of accurate on-line and off-line product information and the integration of these strategies into the bigger business.
Of graduate calibre, ideally in a marketing related discipline, the successful candidate will possess demonstrable skills and experience within product management, excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing attributes and be a hands on, proactive leader. This is a senior management position within the organisation and with that comes responsibility for the deployment of a multi-million pound budget and the ability to make prompt decisions that will result in significant net sales and market penetration. Flexibility will be required with respect to overseas travel, both in Europe and Japan.
