The role
This new and exciting senior role is part of our client's product development and will involve the management of a new part of their website. Including total content strategy this role is pivotal to researching, indentifying and implementing key messages to existing and new clients. Working closing with the directors in the business this important role is part of the marketing development strategy to further enhance their enviable market position.
The applicant
With a minimum of 5 years marketing experience with a bias toward website strategy and content management. A background in direct marketing would be an advantage as would an understanding of Microsoft Silverlight however this is not essential.
Demonstration of development and implementation of testing and measurement matrices across a variety of campaign activities. An appreciation of all aspects of web marketing including SEO, PPC and content management. Previous use of a content management system would be an advantage
An ability to liaise with senior levels within the business, take briefs on some relatively complicated areas and interpret them to customer friendly copy.
A proven ability to develop marketing propositions and campaigns with preferable experience in customer communications and technological developments for the customer experience.
The ability to manage several stakeholder relationships across our clients organisation, take all opinions into account and diplomatically steer the right solution for each particular subject.
A strong appreciation of technology and web operation. The ability to work closely with and where relevant steer the web design team on certain areas.
An ability to work under tight deadlines, pressure and within a small team. Man management skills are also required
The individual should demonstrate energy, drive, an ability to own strategy and demonstrate capability in copywriting. A good problem solver, customer focused and commercially astute.
