Strategy Consultant

My client, a Top 3 Strategy firm, is looking to hire a number of top-tier candidates to its growing Strategy team in Dubai.
We are looking for candidates with 2-8 years of strategy consulting experience from either:
* A deal-focused consulting firm
* A pure play strategy consulting firm
We do expect candidates to have strong academic background from a top tier University.
We are seeking candidates with the following skills:
1. MBA or other postgraduate degree from a top tier university
2. Experience working for a blue chip company that has provided a structured IT training and development programme or working for a leading consultancy company
3. Experience with working in at least 2 of the following:
IT Performance Management, Review and Metrics
IT Organisation Design and Change Management
IT Strategy, IT Governance and Management
Service Management & IT Delivery Methods
Strategic Supplier Management.
Systems integration
Application or infrastructure architecture
Technology assessments
4. For Senior Manager roles, candidate will need experience of leading major IT consultancy assignments and selling IT consulting engagements to clients.
Consultants are involved in proposal and business development activity, leading and facilitating client personnel in assessing the impact of proposed changes, managing specific areas of work to deliver creative outcomes to clients, implementing the recommendations into client operations in a way that exceed expectations, and ensuring the ongoing development of our people and firm.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong desire to deliver real benefits to clients by shaping and implementing improvement projects. They will possess outstanding communication, analytical and writing skills; have the capacity to interact with executive management; act with very high levels of integrity and ethical behaviour; be proactive with a high level of initiative and creativity; and exhibit very strong people management skills.
