As a Manager you will be a key contributor to the growth and success of the London office, able to lead and deliver varied consulting projects with a sector focus.
We seek top performers with a fast track career including clear evidence of promotions and employment stability. Candidates will also have demonstrated success academically, with a good degree in a numerate subject. A postgraduate qualification is attractive but not essential. You will also have experience of leading consulting engagements.
Our client is specifically seeking depth of experience in Central Government or directly related areas (i.e. Health), which should include one or more of: Strategy, Finance and Performance Management, Performance Improvement, Change Management, BPR/Transformation, IS strategy/CIO agenda. Candidates will be entrepreneurial, have a strong commercial awareness and the capability to support business growth by identifying and leveraging new business opportunities.

While the culture supports work/life balance, typically including Fridays with a home or office base, there is a requirement for full mobility as client commitments demand and you should therefore be willing to work away from home during the week.
