The business now seeks to recruit a proven Supply Chain Manager for one of its flagship sites, based out of Chadwell Heath, Essex.
As a member of the site senior leadership team, you will manage and control the planning department / resources / stores & raw materials, whilst driving adherence to plan by establishing KPI's and the optimisation of planning process.
Reporting to the Site Director you will be required to establish control of planning parameters, whilst increasing site capacity and driving down site PPL. You will be able to motivate, lead, train, develop & coach the employees within the planning department to ensure they achieve their full potential and achieve their targets. You will have overall accountability for finished product, capacity planning and warehouse inventory within the site, whilst identifying areas for cost reductions and implementing strategies for cost reduction and process improvement.
Ideally of graduate calibre or equivalent, you will have experience of related MRP, or product specific forecasting. You will be fully conversant with all aspects of working within a responsive FMCG (ideally food) environment, coupled with knowledge & experience in ERP systems in particular: SOP, WMS, MPS, and MRP. You must possess excellent project management skills demonstrating a clear track record in driving optimisation of resources that deliver capacity, service & quality improvement.
