Supply Chain Systems & Process Manager

Leading retail is looking for a Supply Chain Systems & Process Manager to develop and maintain the integrity of supply chain information by ensuring that systems function correctly and MI reporting is accurate
Key Accountabilities:
-Create and develop standards for data capture and use within Supply chain, so that Data has a consistent format and is continually fit for purpose
-Identify and take action with existing data processes so that they adhere to agreed standards
-Work with Suppliers system users and analysts so that data is received at the outset in agreed format so that improved availability from lower stock holdings is achieved
-Develop and maintain systems and processes so that new data is properly entered into the system and accurate Management Information is produced for use throughout Supply Chain departments so that informed decisions can be made
-Develop and produce reports as required e.g. on service levels to stores and independent societies, and performance reports on availability in distribution centres store by customer

The successful individual will have experience of managing projects and working with all supply chain business processes. This role would suit someone who is able to apply best practice pragmatically and create systems fit for purpose but someone who enjoys the challenge of seeking to continuously improve the system and functionality.
