About the role
This senior manager is accountable for innovation, development, go-to-market strategy, and commercialization of the portfolio of prepaid products across Europe. S/he ensures regional alignment of development, product management, and implementation activities with the customer-focused strategy and is accountable for my clients competitive positioning and differentiation in product innovation within the prepaid product line in the Europe Region.
You will manage all prepaid product features and functions at the regional level, coordinating with the global prepaid product team to manage a balance between global product standards and local requirements
What we are looking for
10 ' 15 years product development, operations or business development experience in card payment industry, either with a bank, transaction processing company or card scheme.
Prepaid card experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, project management and matrix management skills are critical
Bachelor's degree with Finance or Marketing focus desirable. MBA preferred.
