Tax Transfer Pricing Senior Manager

The Midlands Transfer Pricing team is the biggest and most successful in the region.
The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work within the Midlands Transfer Pricing Team which covers offices in Birmingham, East Midlands and Milton Keynes.

Work within the Transfer Pricing Team is mainly project based and will involve working with multinational companies. It includes:
• Helping clients manage their transfer pricing risk;
• Undertaking transfer pricing planning and pricing implementation
• Involvement and coordination of European and global transfer pricing engagements working with specialists across the global network;
• Supporting companies through all elements of business change (e.g. transfer of manufacturing to low cost jurisdictions, implementation of Swiss principal structures);
• HMRC defences; and
• Preparation of transfer pricing documentation (including statistical analysis).

Candidates must have a sound academic record, ideally a graduate, with relevant tax/accounting/business qualifications - such as CTA or ATT (or equivalent).
It is likely that the successful candidate will have substantial experience of advising multinational clients on transfer pricing. Also experience of business development and marketing would be an advantage.
