TD1035 – Business Development Manager - Field Service Software
As a major multinational player in the Field Service Software market, our client's UK operation has undergone some major development and growth over the last year with the recent acquisition of some key businesses. They are currently looking to increase their market share with the appointment of an exceptional Business Development Manager ideally based in the Midlands working on a National Territory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a strategic and energetic approach to opening new markets and breaking into new sectors. Key responsibilities will include, planning, prioritising and carrying out sales and business development activities to maintain an effective client relationship where processes are aligned with customer needs. Consolidating and expanding revenue and profit within specified and target Key Accounts. Identifying and defining best solutions for new opportunities within key contracts, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organised marketing activities. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid Account development. The role is both external and internal carrying out the full sales cycle from cold call to close. This is an excellent opportunity to grow develop.
The ideal candidate will come with proven success of developing new business within a new business environment, experience of the market is essential. Outstanding influencing, negotiating, listening skills, drive, energy and all round sales ability needed. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at a senor level, Excellent planning, organisational skills, Dedication, determination and enthusiasm with the flexibility to travel.
The package will be paying up to £50,000 Basic Salary, with a heavily weighted commission structure and an uncapped OTE. Car allowance and benefits also included with this outstanding opportunity as well as great training and high levels of internal growth and development within the business.
