Technical Account Manager – HR Applications

Based Thames Valley/ London / Home Based

This company is a leading HR applications firm in the USA and provides a sophisticated set of software applications, deployed as a SaaS, to enable the strategic and operational management of employees.

The candidate they are seeking will oversee the implementation and ongoing management of a multi-country software and service solution for a key client across their EMEA subsidiaries. The Technical Account Manager will interface with and manage people, partners and client representatives to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the entire application suite including hiring, supplier management, payroll, compliance, billing and customer service.

Responsibilities
• To be the primary point of contact for the client across EMEA ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
• Accountable for high quality implementation and ongoing management of the solution.
• Responsible for training client staff on the applications.
• Manage the activities of client service staff across all components of the application.
• Agree and manage objectives for client staff and undertake evaluations to ensure that goals are met.
• Keep up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions, recognizing trends and promoting consistency in subordinates’ roles.
• Train new staff; perform on-going training and development of existing staff.
• Monitor and report on results to client, partners and internal management.
• The contact point of escalation for client services staff, customer and partners to resolve problems.
• Manage regional partner relationships in areas such as legal, payroll and compliance and staffing.
• Report on progress and coordinate the strategic priorities with the global client/account team.

Qualifications and Experience
• Ideally degree qualified.
• Previous experience in a technical account management, pre-sales or senior training role.
• Strong domain knowledge in the HR area.
• Experience managing multi-country initiatives desirable but not required.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology systems.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Must be a strong team player.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to operate effectively at all levels within a client.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to speak another European language is an advantage.

You must be a UK / EU National or already be resident in the UK and have a current Work Permit.
