Our client, a large Enterprise IT Organisation are seeking a number of Technical Consultants - HP Business Service Management Consultant, UCMDB around the UK.
We currently have opportunities for Senior Technical Consultants within the Business Service Management (BSM) team of our client. As a part of their Software Professional Services Team, the successful candidate will provide consulting and integration services utilising their in-depth knowledge across the Software solutions portfolio.
The Technical Consultant - HP Business Service Management Consultant, UCMDB we are looking for will have an understanding of the technology, software solutions and the ability to consult, design, develop and deliver innovative solutions to solve customer problems. You will understand and articulate the business value and benefits of solutions and lead engagements consisting of small project teams as required.
Technical Consultant - HP Business Service Management Consultant, UCMDB requires the following knowledge and skills:
- Experience in the Design and Implementation of HP BSM (Business Service Management) solutions including uCMDB, BAC / Sitescope, Operations Manager etc
- Ability to understand the required business outcomes that the customer is looking to achieve in BSM projects and align behaviours/skills to assist in achieving these.
- Demonstrable track record in delivering successful BSM projects that meet or exceed customer expectations
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role (11 ideally if no degree)
- Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study;
- ITIL Foundation
- Some leadership skills are a distinct benefit - whether project or team orientated
The Technical Consultant - HP Business Service Management Consultant, UCMDB is an exciting opportunity. The role would require extensive travel requiring you to spend periods away from home and based on client site and when not on client site you will be based from home.
