An expanding European client are expanding and opening up a UK office and looking for a Technical Consultant. The Technical Consultant in the UK office will work closely with the UK Director to provide specialist consultancy expertise for a wide range of diverse clients. The salary range for this position, is £60,000 - £75,000 per year.
What will be my key responsibilities?
- Analyse and reconcile customer requirements
- Responsible for conception and technical design of software solutions
- Responsible for application development and implementation
- Work closely with the team in Germany
- Varied project work for UK Customers
- Technical support in project planning, pre sales and quality assurance
What do i need to be successful?
- Degree in Computer Science (or relevant experience)
- Excellent E-Commerce experience, ideally in demandware or intershop
- Excellent knowledge of Java, JSP, SQL, PHP and XML
- Teamwork skills, analytical approach and drive to be successful
- Excellent English language skills
- A willingness to travel
