This UK Company is the world leader in its market; they are profitable and experiencing rapid growth. They supply major mobile carriers with complex enterprise software solutions that provide critical functionality to enable their customers to optimise their technical infrastructure and network.

To match growing customer demand, they need to hire a number of talented technical consultants to work on diverse and challenging implementation projects.

Responsibilities
The Technical Consultants will provide their customers with a comprehensive service to design, architect, implement and support complex enterprise class Oracle based applications. Projects last a number of weeks or a small number of months and could involve moderate amounts of travel (including international). The project teams consist of small numbers of highly talented, multi-skilled individuals and will provide significant technical challenge and learning opportunities.

• Work directly with customers to assess, analyse and plan product deployments.
• Specify, deliver, install, and configure the products and undertake data loading.
• Develop and test business and process rules for the products.
• Install, setup, and manage production databases.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical consultancy to the customer’s project team.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and data loading.

Skills and Experience Required
• A good degree in a numerate or technical subject.
• Proven experience in Oracle 10g including design, optimisation and administration.
• Hands-on ability with Java and scripting languages such as Php or JavaScript.
• Citrix implementation.
• IIS or Apache.
• Previous experience of implementing enterprise level products within the Telecommunications market.
