Technical Development Manager – Ingredients, East Midlands, £55,000 + package

We are seeking a Technical Development Manager who can focus on the B2B market and drive the innovation process forward within their existing supplier base as well.

Reporting into the Sales Director, you will need to be an energetic self-starter, who is comfortable delivering end to end solutions with minimal support. Operating as a key driver within the business, you will specialise in making new product concepts a commercial reality and ensuring that products exceed process, customer and consumer requirements.

You must have performed a similar role within the ingredients sector, be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge of your products and have had significant experience presenting to your customers.
